    Le Courier is a family operated business and has been operating since 1987. Beginning as a courier company with one van, it now comprises a fleet of 8 trucks and 2 vans.

    History of the Business

    Leo and Pauline Nicholson are the founders of Le Courier, which started operation in 1987 as a one-man courier service operating between Wanganui and Palmerston North. Previously Leo worked in the motor trade and then was the Levin manager for Smith and Brown for 2 and a half years. He decided he wanted to do something he really liked. He liked the outdoors and meeting people and this is how ‘Le Courier” started.

    Since then the business has grown and their son Brett and Family have joined the team, along with its fleet and experience. Now operating with trucks and a lot more staff, our services have broadened to include, household moves, office moves, retail shop moves, furniture deliveries, packing and so much more.     We are based in Palmerston North however we have also expanded our areas to cover the North Island to suit your requirements.
